Provides flexibility in allocating funds to areas of highest priority or toward new opportunities as they arise. May be used to support a variety of needs, from faculty resources to scholarships to academic programming.

Supports psychology doctoral students with dissertations on topics related to historically underrepresented groups in the research literature.
